Create a spatial survey that collects responses tied to map locations.
Step 1: Create a Survey Project
Create a new project and select "Survey" as the project type. This enables survey-specific features in the editor.
Step 2: Design Your Questions
Open the Surveys tab in the sidebar and click "Create Survey". Add questions using these types: - Text — Short or long text answers - Number — Numeric values - Select — Single choice from options - Checkbox — Multiple choice - Rating — 1-5 star rating - Date — Date picker - Photo — Camera capture - Location — Auto-captured from map click
Step 3: Configure Survey Mode
Choose how respondents interact with the map: - Free Pin — Click anywhere to drop a pin and fill the form - Existing Features — Click on pre-loaded features to respond - Both — Allow both methods
Step 4: Share Your Survey
Each survey gets a unique public link. Respondents don't need an account to participate. Share via QR code, email, or embed in your website.
Step 5: Review Responses
Responses appear as pins on your map. Export to CSV or GeoJSON for further analysis.
