The same layers feed a live dashboard for the parts of the work that keep moving: permits, transport counts, growth against a boundary. Draw an area and the KPIs recompute for it; move the extent and the numbers follow. Nothing is locked to a heavy desktop suite, and a published deck or dashboard shares as a link a stakeholder can open without an account.
