What counts as a live binding?
A dataset or metric with a refresh policy other than static: URL GeoJSON that re-fetches, a REST connection, a webhook receiver, a scheduled pull or an MCP source. Uploaded files that never refresh are free of this limit.
Do published pages count against my limits after I downgrade?
Projects above the limit stay published for 30 days and are then set to draft, oldest first. Nothing is deleted; upgrading restores them.
Is MCP really on the Free plan?
Yes. Read tools and the three write tools (create_story_chapter, create_insight_container, publish_share_link) work on every plan, within the agent budget of 500 rows per call and 60 calls per minute.
Can I remove the “Made with Spatly” badge?
On Pro and Team. The badge is a small plate bottom-left of every published surface and embed on the Free plan.
What about basemap and tile costs?
Spatly basemaps are built on open vector tiles, a satellite imagery provider and open terrain tiles (all attributed on the map) with no per-view fee from us. Bring your own MapLibre style JSON or PMTiles if you prefer.
How is billing handled?
Paddle is the merchant of record: card, PayPal and local methods, VAT invoices, yearly or monthly. Cancel any time from Settings → Billing; the plan stays active until the period ends.
Can I get a refund?
Cancel any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Refunds are processed exclusively by Paddle, the Merchant of Record, under its buyer terms and your local consumer law, including the 14-day withdrawal right for new subscriptions. Do you offer education, newsroom or NGO pricing?
Yes. Write to hello@spatly.io from your organisation address. Public-interest projects usually get Team features at Pro price.
